Intro consultation

The best first step is a short message.

Start with an intro consultation by message. We will discuss your goals, how often you can train, any health limitations and the result you expect.

My aim is not to turn training into a short-term challenge. We will build a system you can follow alongside work, study, family and everyday life. That starts with a consultation, a sensible plan and gradual improvements in technique.

Who personal training is for

Personal training makes sense if you want to start safely, are returning after a break, need help with technique or already train but have stopped making progress. I most often help people who want to lose fat, build strength, improve body composition and conditioning, or bring structure to their training.

Coached sessions are suitable for beginners too. You do not need gym experience or knowledge of exercise names. In the first session, we will review your goals, limitations and current fitness, then set a pace that works for you.

How coaching works

Start with an intro consultation by message. We will discuss your goals, how often you can train, any health limitations and the result you expect. I will then suggest the next step.

In each session, we focus on technique, full range of motion, safe progression and a clear plan. You will understand why we use each exercise, what it should improve and how to recognise correct execution.

What we can work on

Strength training

You will learn to squat, hinge, press and pull with sound technique, using fundamental exercises that carry over to strength, body composition and everyday life. We prioritise control and technique before gradually adding load.

Fat loss and body recomposition

Fat loss does not rely on miracle exercises or detoxes. It comes from a calorie deficit, enough protein, regular movement and training that helps preserve muscle. The goal is better body composition, energy and habits, not only a lower number on the scale.

Conditioning and functional movement

We build conditioning gradually. Depending on your goal, we can combine strength training, intervals, aerobic work, mobility and stability exercises. Training should help both in the gym and in everyday movement.

Tailored training plan

If you also want to train independently, I can prepare a plan around your schedule, experience and available equipment. It will reflect how often you can train, which exercises suit you and how quickly you recover.

Where we train

Personal training takes place at Big One Fitness, Václavská 6, Brno.

Online coaching is also available outside Brno, including a training plan, video technique reviews and regular adjustments based on your progress.

FAQ

Do I need previous gym experience?

No. Personal training is suitable for complete beginners. We will cover exercise technique, load selection, breathing, tempo and the basics of navigating the gym step by step.

How often should I attend training?

At least twice a week usually makes sense. One coached session a week can still help significantly if you also have a simple plan for independent sessions.

Can a trainer help me lose fat?

Yes, alongside suitable nutrition and consistency. Training helps preserve muscle, increases energy expenditure and builds movement habits, while fat loss itself mainly depends on a sustained calorie deficit.

Where does personal training take place?

Sessions take place at Big One Fitness, Václavská 6, Brno. Online coaching can also be arranged for clients outside Brno.
