Training should make sense, not just wear you down. I am a certified fitness trainer, I have trained for strength for several years and I am currently studying physiotherapy at Masaryk University. That lets me pair gym practice with how the body moves and handles load. I coach beginners as well as people who have trained for years.

Five directions, one method
Technique first, load second, long-term results. Choose what you enjoy, or we will combine it.
Strength training
Squats, deadlifts, presses and pulls. We build the strength base that supports everything else.
Learn moreFat loss and body recomposition
A realistic calorie deficit, enough protein and training that preserves muscle. Lasting results, not just a number on the scale after a month.
Learn moreFunctional training and mobility
Movement patterns, joint range and core stability. So you are strong outside the gym too.
Conditioning and endurance
Interval training and aerobic work. We build your heart and lungs gradually, not overnight.
Learn moreRehab and corrective work
Sore back, shoulders or knees. We identify weak areas and gradually help you return to regular training.

Most testosterone boosters do not raise testosterone enough in healthy men to make a practical difference to muscle, strength or libido. They may be useful mainly when addressing a genuine deficiency.
L-carnitine has a real role in the body, but its effect as a fat burner is weak and often overstated. Caffeine and synephrine have better evidence if a fat-loss supplement is needed.
BCAAs are not bad amino acids, but they usually offer no practical advantage when you already eat enough high-quality protein.
Ab exercises strengthen the muscles, but visible abs mainly come from a calorie deficit and lower body fat.
